Oh my God! I am not alone. Last year I reported Drive to the BBB and sent a letter to their sales and marketing department complaining about their phone tactics. Amazingly, I got a letter of apology and the calls ceased for exactly 1 year.
Last week the calls began again, in full force. Sometimes they call every 15 minutes. One day last week, I noted they called 5 times in 3.75 hours, and that was after talking to two of the reps about my account.
I have never experienced such harassment in all my life from a finance company. Co-workers and friends I know who have had Drive all confirm having the same experiences. I would have done better to make a deal with the corner car lot. At least my interest rate wouldn't be equal to my oldest child's age and I wouldn't have to deal with continuous calls all day, every day from 9 to 9.
