Oh my God! I am not alone. Last year I reported Drive to the BBB and sent a letter to their sales and marketing department complaining of their phone tactics. Amazingly, I got a letter of apology and the calls ceased for exactly 1 year.
Last week, the calls began again.in full force. Sometimes calling every 15 minutes. One day last week, I noted they called 5 times in 3.75 hours. And that was after talking to two of the reps about my account.
I have never experienced such harrassment in all my life by a finance company. Coworkers and friends I know that have had Drive all confirm havig the same experiences. I would do better to have made a deal with the corner car lot. At least, my interest rate wouldnt be equal to my oldest childs age and I wouldnt have to deal with continuous calls all day every day from 9 to 9.
