Ripoff, raised our rate from 7.35 to 10.35, a $150.00 a month more!

Our mortgage rate has been raised by 3% from 7.35 to 10.35 at $150.00 a month. I can not afford this so they now tell me I have to remortgage. I can not remortgage.
