This company had really scared me. I have a NSF at my bank didnt do it intentionally. They are calling me at work wanting me to western union the money well that is all fine and good but i cant afford to pay them and western union them the money, i cant even make a partial payment.
This man told me that if i didnt pay them they would take the next step to garnishment and then if that wont work i will have to pay legal and processor fees and all that good stuff.
I am not trying to get out paying them, but he has really scared me. Do they send a processor to your job and serve you with papers? I need some help i cant sleep at night trying to figure out how to get them this money.
