I am just sick at my stomach that I am victim here. I am very angry and plan to do what ever to expose this person. I like many of you did not check this company out enough before giving cash to these people. I am angry at myself for being such a fool. Just today I have filed a complaint with the Texas FBI -
I suggest all of you do the same. Their toll free number is 800-372-8347. Also yesterday I contacted the Sheriffs Department in Wills Point, Tx., I filed a report with them and they are planning to check this guy out. I filed a compliant with Fed Ex and they said they had several complaints about this guy and that he just worked for 1st PayDay Advance and that it was a legit company. I have a real problem that this man is able to make cash transactions thru Fed Ex and we cannot do anything about it. I was taken for $400.00 and I did not have it to loose. This has put me even in further debt because I had counted on this loan to help me take care of my financial mess and now it's worse. I think we may never see our money but we can do all we can to put this man out of business. I consider myself a smarter person than this, I guess this really makes me to be a fool.
