I have written several of these reports myself. I will be ready if you are serious about this and I hope more people come forward as well. We need to do more than just complain and it has to be a very strong case. As I understand from one one the writers they tried a class before and it did not pass the criteria for class action, it apparently had to be so many of the same complaint. Another writer pursued with their own attorney and after 5 years $40,000 they still haven't been able to accomplish a remedy. So if we are all serious lets do our homework. File your consumer complaintss so we can all band together.
