Over a year ago I ordered a credit report from Experian's ConsumerInfo. I cancelled the free trial of Credit Manager the SAME DAY.
About a week later I started getting emails from the Credit Manager service. I called and told them I cancelled the service. They checked and showed that yes, I cancelled it. They said they would fix it.
I was still getting emails. I called again. Once again they said they would fix it. They didn't. To this day I get emails from this Credit Manager. Now today I check my bank account and $89.95 was taken out of my account!
Obviously they never fixed the problem. But why did they wait over a year to decide to take money out of account? And why did they never fix their problem in the first place?
