First National Card, Cash On-Demand Card ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I just returned from Operation Iraqi Freedom III. My wife had this company call her about assisting us and wanting to give us money. She is not on my bank account. She has no authorization to do anything other than deposit money to the account in question. She does, however, have authorization in other accounts we have.

I called the company # that was listed on my bank statement.ccS800-731-0121- PREAUTHPMT MEMBERSHIP FEE
I spoke to a rep. They finally got me to a supervisor, Ron ID # 7924. He said he couldn't do anything for me and that I was to talk to some one in Benefits and Card Services at 800-279-6989. I was transferred, but was disconnected prior to anyone answering the phone. Called 800-279-6989 back. Mind you, every call I make I am on hold for what seems like an eternity. I spoke with Ernie ID # 39010. He was of no help. Was transferred to his supervisor. Her name is Kim ID # 36443. She proceeds to tell me I have no recourse and that the charges will continue up to 6 times or so. (This bank account is only used for groceries and has little to no money most of the time.) I explained to her the account has been charged three times for $199.99 and each time NSF fees iof $30 each were administered by my bank. I informed Kim that my wife is not authorized on this account and therefore can not give you authorization to charge it. Please stop. She said that I would have to file a police report on my wife and fax her the report in order for her company to get involved. I am putting a freeze on my bank account and seeking a lawsuit against CCS.

Oh, get this, when I was speaking to Ernie, I informed him that the conversation was being recorded for customer service quality purposes and he informed me that he did not give authorization for the call to be recorded. I informed him that he had already given consent when he was hired with CCS that his calls would be recorded and/or monitored. He didn't like that too much. So, I would advise anyone calling this company state that the phone call is being recorded for training purposes only for members of your family.in my state, law requires that only one person involved in said conversation be made aware of the recording. So, I guess I didn't have to inform him at all. I just felt frustrated and wanted to fight back with a little of, what I found at the time, humour.

I will be filing a complaint with my Atty General, the FTC, and the BBB.

Do not deal with this company!!!
