EMC has one goal. To steal your home.
This is Mortgage Servicing Fraud, the newest & coolest white collar crime.
Force place insurance, false late fees, alteration of mortgage terms, inspection fees, attorney & legal fees&so many fees that you will never be able to make up the differences.
They will force you into forebearance agreements which require double or more of your origional payments, AFTER being required to bring the P&I payments current. (I piad over $14,000 in lump sums) But your owed amounts will only go UP - never down. Don't think that this forebearance plan will protect you either - as they will sell the home out from under you - without you even knowing! More than double payments for 3 years & $14,000 & I still owe MORE than my origional mortgage amount from 9 years ago!!!
They completely ignore RESPA letters, they don't send ANY statements as to what or how your payments are being applied & I will quarentee you that the amounts aren't going to pay off your mortgage.
Chapter 13 won't stop them. Nothing stops them. It's a quarentee that if you have EMC - you WILL loose your home. That's how they make their money.
If anybody has ever been able to escape them - Please stand up now - As I post on many forums & I have yet to hear of any one person who has been allowed to keep their home. With time - you will lose.
You can complain to your states attorney, states divisions of banks, HUD, FDIC, FTC & Your represenitives ALL YOU WANT¬hing will happen. These crooks are protected.
So if you have EMC& RUN, HIDE, SELL do anything you can to escape... Because they won't allow you to keep your home unless you pay their extortionistic equity stolen fees. & even if you think you are safe by being 100% in compliance&don't think you are safe. You aren't. You don't have to miss any payments - they will steal those payments from you.
Anybody who has EMC - My sympathies. As you will soon learn&there is no escape from the terrorism.
There are websites out there that have others who support what I know&as they are experienceing it themselves. Do a search of Mortgage Servicing Fraud. See what you come up with. You will find that I do not lie.
