Money tree told me on the phone that i was approve for 100% loan an that i was to give them a check for 300.00 dollar to make sure i didn"t back out of the deal and when the closing of my loan it would apply toward my loan when i found a home and was ready to buy couldn locate disconnect telephone and could reach them 11 not heard from them since.
