I also was called by Derek Thompson with a "great" credit card deal. He promised our card would be sent to us in 7-10 days. I waited til 12 days before trying to contact. When I called I received an answer machine, left message and never heard from them.
While doing a search for online for support from the company I found this and immediately called the bank. I can stop payment, but with a charge from my bank. I also searched the Better business bureau and found they have an unsatisfactoy rating with them.
I just wish I had found all this before.
