Capital Chioce consumer credit RIPOFF

I got A letter in mail on Jan 24th saying I am guarented by law to get A platnuim card with 5000$ limit. I sent my 43$ to THer adress in MIam FL. They have no phone # listed at least not to any person. This company has probaly ripped off millions from broke pepole like us.
