Recieved check from qchex 2 28 05 called monday at toll free number 1 800 224 6059 on following monday. Was told it is good and deposited in my bank.
Wednesday march 2nd got call from arcadian. Was told to throw it away because there was too many scams going on. I told them my friends or sister may have sent me the money from my dads estate. They refused to honor the check saying they have recieved too many internet scams and would not tell me who sent money. Bank says it's fraudulent check as of march8th when i got it from bank.
Check payable to me with promise to pay on demand as it was guaranteed
Arcadian said other party refused to give them payment for services. That was not my fault they got bad check from other party
I could write check for $100 and if that check not honored, I'd go to jail for writing a uttered instrument. Rright? This check was on a kansas city bank named united missouri bank. Banks can be very inept too
