Ripoff find it impossible to set-up pay on internet Has anyone else managed to do so? Phone pmt costs $14.50

I'm wondering if Chase purposely makes it difficult to set up the ability to pay on line.

I've paid by phone which costs $14.50, and told them I'd rather pay on internet (free) but am only able to find a site where one pays all their bills at Chase site. I only want to pay my credit card bill at their site. Other companies make that possible. Is Chase purposely making it difficult (or impossible)??
