Here is some info for you folks. I too was charged 4 times in February to my bank account through BANK OF AMERICA.
I have done these things
1. Canceled by Bank card and had a new one Issued.
2. Sent a letter to the bank to NOT PAY ANYTHING TO THE net Service.
3. Filed a DISPUTE IN WRITING to Bank America Located in Phoenix AZ. This is the location that their credit card division, and bank debit card division is located.
4 I also sent in Paperwork to the BANK showing no activation of a account and NOR ANY purchases made to www.skype.net
5. I also wrote the Texas Banking Commission Located in Austin.
6. I also saw a charge by unknown indivuals who LIVE IN PHOENIX AZ, who ALSO made a IN STORE PURCHASE for DVD'S / I had this credited back from the Clearing house that does the charges to the bank from the business.
People be sure to look at your bank info.
ALSO& About 6 months ago, while on line checking my bank account information I saw that BOAF was being hit by what they call A DNS ATTACK and got a DNS error. This is where hackers take millions of computers and try to brek into American Banks and get into people's bank accunts.
I reported this DNS to the SecurityDepartment of BOFA, and time and date stamped the times for their investigations. I think something isnt right as to people's accunts because of break ins and computer fraudsters. SO BE SURE TO CAREFULLY CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS.
