These people don't explain the mortgage properly. Some of the details of the mortgage, like highest interest charged, and prepayment penalty were with held until closing.

Thankfully I had the sense to not buy into the Amway part of the scam, and rope other people into this debacle.

If you see these people, just walk away because they are evil incarnate. If you are already in it, take the penalty and cut your losses.
