Risk Management Alternatives continues to call my home for a person who does not live here. The company was not willing to discuss the purpose of their call, saying only that they needed to speak to this person (who doesn't live here).
Despite our telling them this information, the company continues to call up to 6 times daily, 7 days a week, at all hours of the day. They have been rude, obnoxious, and generally unprofessional in their conduct. They say they will only stop calling when they speak to the person they are trying to reach. Since that person doesn't live here we're stuck. I would have thought that there would be some way to shut these people up.
We don't owe RMA, or any company they do business for, any money. We've tried to access governmental help to stop harassing phone calls, but that doesn't seem to be viable. We've done some investigating on the company, but would appreciate any advice we can get on how to get them to stop calling.
