I recently paid a $37 fee for a $15,000 credit card. I got an overpriced catalog in the mail with instructions on how to order products (paying a portion and charging a portion) and build credit. Whenever I tried to call to cancel and refund of my fee, I was disconnected after entering my codes. A true ripoff!
