I contacted this company becuase they say they have good rates and deal with not so good credit. My loan officers name was Micheal, poor guy, dumb as bricks, and very inexpirenced to boot. He faxed me more than 5 good faith estimates that were so wrong a 12year old knows there are more fees than that.
Thinking I was an idiot he starts to tell me all these diffrent types of loan programs they offer, it all seemed really bogus to me so I kept questioning him, and of course each and every time he would call me back and say he was wrong.
I addressed the good faith estimate issue with the owner "Ryan" who gave me some crazy excuse that his computer is programed that way. Exactly HIS computer is programed to give everyone really low fees so they will use his company and in the end then its too late to switch companies. They break the news to the poor person who has no other choice than to pay, as I did. I was told my closing would be $17,500.00 it ended up being $23,000.00 that is a diffrence of $5,500.00!!! But I had no other choice or I would lose the house.! @!!! @
This company also employs really rude people who act as if they are doin you a favor. I once asked this lady Amelia " so is there any problems with the loan becuase I was told we would go stated and now they are asking for docs"? Sshe says to me "don't put words in my mouth" I was confused as to what she meant. She had a very heavy accent and I am sure she didn't understand a word I said. But she was very rude. These people have no clue what they are doin and I am surprised they are still in business. They lost a lot of my paper work and always claimed they never got faxes.
All I ever got from them was headache after headache and
RIPPED OFF. There are so many mortgage companies out there. Please, please!!! Do not use them. THEY ARE NOT MAGICIANS IF NO ONE CAN GET YOU A LOAN, NEITHER CAN THEY, and if they can get you a loan, then any one else can TOO and with a better rate than them for sure. The stress and aggrevation and bulls^*t i was put thru, I don't even wish on my worst enemy!!!
