Convinced me to give money to him, thousands of US dollars, in order to secure collateral for a loan. He claimed to have the funds available and needed only to secure the collatteral. He received the money from me and never delivered. Soon after I realized that he never had capacity to deliver. He gave false information in order to swindle the money from me.
I am aware that he also received money from another source and also did the same by not delivering.
