Reliable Credit Association
Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

This message is to prevent anyone from having to go through the terrible and horrifying experience that I have had to endure with this deceptive and unethical business. As with most honest, non-suspecting consumers I decided to give this business a try because I needed so badly to help assist my wife with obtaining our family a second vehicle, so I went to the dealership and purchased this car, of whom the dealer had "assured" me that he would match me up with a really good lender.

Well, it seems first I was already disappointed when I realized that their interest rates were ranging from 19%-36% interest which I had already began to feel a bit uneasy with this company, however I figured since my credit wasn't the greatest and I really needed the car, I would give them a try which was the worst possible decision I could have ever made!

Not only, has this company NEVER as much as applied a payment that I have made toward any of the loan, they have refused repeatedly to provide me with any accurate information as to where my payments were going and how the payments were applied towards the loan.

My wife and I had fell a bit down on our luck and although we continued to make payments towards our loan, according to this company it wasn't enough, they had raised the payment amount because of having liability insurance on the vehicle, so I tried to be understanding about that and as soon as I had gotten back on my feet, I contacted the company and asked whatever it is that I needed to pay to bring this loan current I would, I had asked him exactly what was owed and I would send it. The owner began fumbling and avoiding answering the question with a direct answer and finally it seemed as if he pulled a figure out of his hat and said, okay you need to pay $1584.00.

So, I was like okay I can send it to you by bank wire, overnight mail, however, so I called him back after I came from the post office and told him I had overnighted the full payment amount that he quoted over the phone and he says to me " I changed my mind, I didn't like your attitude on the phone earlier, and now I want the entire pay off amount on the vehicle and nothing less"!!! I'm now literally hanging with my mouth open in disbelief of what is actually going on, and trying to figure out if this man is actually serious, and he was serious.

I tried to talk to him, to reason with him and nothing I said could change his mind, he has even mis-quoted the actual payoff on the vehicle as being different amounts from $9700.00 and then $10,396.00, which is unbelievable when I had a dealership pull my credit recently and saw a total of (23 payments made to this man), so basically waht he is saying is NONE of my payments were ever credited!

At this time, I am seeking LEGAL advice and I am seeking a very competent, knowledgeable attorney in this area to help in this case. This is truly sad and it is even sadder that this person even claims to be ex-military and makes it his business to mistreat and turn other soldiers lives upside down by dogging them out like this. If anyone has any good legal suggestions, or even better can forward this to a good attorney that handles affairs such as this... Please contact me a.S.A.P. I am definitely interested in litigating this matter.
