I have had A $249.00 fee taken out of my checking account back in October on the 28th. Called numerous times and been told they would contact the head office. Phoned in today and was told I paid for a benefits package, not a credit card. Who the hell in their right mind would pay $249.00 for a benefits package they say specifically on the phone PAY this one time fee and your CREDIT CARD - not a credit building tip benefits package will arrive in the mail!!! VERY frustrating!!! They are rude and will not help you in anyway! The contact at the main office they told me was Ryan Hill and that I would need to contact him by mail - no phone number and that this fee is NON - REFUNDABLE, that i misunderstood them. I didn't just fall off the turnip truck yesterday I am a prominent business owner, not a complete fool, I hope these bastards pay for what they have done, to my self and many others!!!
