He will tell you what you want to hear but the bottom line is you are getting screwed!!! 5% origination fee is all he charges! He will sweet talk you and make you feel really good about paying 10k in fees, he will even send you a $50 gift certificate but it doesn't make up for the 10k in fees!!!
