Like so many of you I am finding now that I to have been taken by these SOBs. But the way I found out was a bit diferrent, on Dec. 16 2004 I was cotacted just like the rest of you and went thru the same drill gave them my info they took my money. Well no card, no card, no card so I called last week and they said it would be 25 days ok well at that point Im thinking ok well with holidays and all and they did say working days right?
Well so today im waiting on the mailman as of late become my favorite hobby and i get this call from a guy who is telling me about an unsecured credit card and im trying to tell him you already called me at which point he tells me he has not, so he continues to tell me that i have been scammed and that i need to call my attorney general and BBB. I didnt believe him he told me to call them and tell them that i was going to record the line and that they would hang up, and also that when i called them back they would tell me another week or some other excuse. So i like ok so who are you with and he said COMMUNITY SAVINGS BANK ok at this point mind you i dont know that this is a scamm so he tells me that he and his company are the only authorized by mastercard to do these cards and goes even to further to ask me who they were and their number, then he tells me that he is sorry and to check into all this and hangs up.
I call the number and at first ask about my card and they said 25 days well i told them it had been 25 days and that i still didnt have the card they then tell me that their office was closed Dec 21-Dec 31 and it would be 25 days from then, wellas you guessed i said ok hung up and got to thinking about what the guy said so i called back and kept calling back till i got a human voice again i told the girl i was going to record the call and she said in their sweet rude way "Then im going to hang up" and she did... Well you know that didnt work by me so i called back again mad as i could be and let them have it they hang up again... So i get on here and find out it is a scam!!! Well i called NY attorney office and all the others as i know all of you have done and tomorrow im heading straight to the bank... But dont think im done with these people ill call all day every day and keep calling till i get my money back and let me tell you for each time they hang up thats justb one more time im calling because they have hurt so many people its so unfair to all of us... And can you believe that one of their own ratted them out yes one scam artist told me about the other go figure... I hope al of us get our money back as for me i all day every day to call them and make their lives he* and if they change that number please someone let me know so i can call the new one for all us... My favorite words as of now "I WANT MY MONEY BACK" as do all therest of them out there.
