Overdraft Charge Class Action

I am interested in hearing from US Bank customers who have had overdraft charges levied against their accounts due to ATM, debit card or electronic transactions that exceeded available funds but which were approved and completed by the US Bank system nonetheless.

If the three items below are true, I would like to hear from you:

1. You had money in your US Bank account some of which was considered by US Bank to be available funds and some of which was being held as unavailable until the next banking day or longer.

2. You initiated an ATM, debit card or electronic transaction that exceeded the available balance of your account but not the total balance (sum of available funds and funds being held for clearance).

3. The US Bank system approved and allowed the transaction that exceeded your available balance and then assessed your account an overdraft charge.
