I would like to know why you endorse Silverleaf Mortgage. The reason I ask is that I saw you on TV, and you referred to Silverleaf as a good company to have a reverse mortgage done by. I had a refinance done by Silverleaf, and I am still owed approximately $1400.00 plus. I have called on several occasions and talked to Mrs. Valerie O. (the only one who returns my calls) to reach Mr. James D., Mrs. Diane B., or even Mr. Matt W., with no answer in over a month. The last time I talked to Mrs. Valerie O. (three weeks ago), Mr. Matt W. put the check in an envelope! All lies!
