David Franklin is a scam-artist that took me for 3500 REFUNDABLE retainer fee. He is not licensed by the state of NY to be a mortgage broker as required by law. With his first contact he will supply a copy of his A+ rating with the BBB. Why does he feel the need to defend himself from the get go? I will tell you why- because he knows that nothing but negative reviews show up in a google search. He has negative reviews that go back two decades.
I urge all people to check this guy out before having any business dealings with David or Fisher Enterprises. I wish I had. I regret the day I was introduced to him by a broker here in NC (who btw is not licensed either and referred to me by a big bank?) Go figure.
