I have seen this scam/debt collector reported for bad things in several places on the Internet and including this site here... what happened to me:
I called to try to work out a new settlement due to being out of work sick. Ken (Gouchie) proceeded to berate me with personal and credit information, bullied me, belittled me, called me a liar, accused me of things, never told me i was being recorded and threatened me that our conversation was recorded and then threatened to play it back saying that i would hear what i said, which was something I did not say! And he had tons of personal information and my credit information that he incorrectly tried to use against me to bully me! I felt horrible. And extremely violated. I'm sorry I'm not alone with this scam. But also glad I'm not alone, grateful others commented, and am sharing my comment for the next person who needs this. This is terrible that people do this. I'm going to make formal complaint to correct legal offices, state, etc. tormorrow. My best to any once else dealing with this issue. And hope we can get a stop put to this.
