First Union Credit
Credit Repair Ripoff!

It appears I am not the only one here that has been scammed.

1) First Union calls with offer to get me a guaranteed $2500 credit card for $329.

2) ABA & Routing numbers were obtained. A confirmer called saying the numbers were incorrect, and re-verified.

3) I wanted to cancel, but they said I could not.

4) After repeated calls they said they would send me a refund check. Confirmation number was included.

5) Myron Moses, Steven Sklar, and Richard Guliano were all names used.

6) Now their number is disconnected.

Can I get the money back?
