Updation of redit card transactions and payments

I am holding Credit card NO: 4543 3600 0016 6904 & ATM card NO: 588982 00 09452620. According to my credit card it is due amount SR 993, the same was paid from my ATM on 06th Nov. But still my credit card showing due balance SR 993. Why it was not updated..? I need this has to be updated immediately after payment cleared. Where as 19 days have been past after my payment still showing DUE. Please update the same.
