Thank You for responding to the Data Entry Home Contractor's position. The application processing posting that you inquired about requires that you have a computer with E-mail access, an email account, an internet connection preferably DSL or a cable modem, but if you use a dial up connection please feel free to give it a try as well. We ask that you have basic internet knowledge and minimal clerical skills. You can choose to work Full time or Part time, since you will be an independent contractor working with clients from all states you have the freedom to set your own work hours on a daily basis.

You will need an E-mail account which you mainly use to receive all emails, as that is where all your assignments will be sent. You do not have to contact anyone, all contacts will be made via E-mail. You will be processing a wide variety of applications, as explained in the job description previously which will range from: Accounts Payable Invoices, Accounts Receivable Transactions, Credit/Collection Accounts, Customer Service Correspondence, Credit Card applications, Insurance applications, Insurance claims, Marketing Surveys, Parking Tickets and Moving Violations, Product Rebates, Tax information, Seminar Registrations, and Warranty registration cards. Everything will be explained to you in further detail regarding these assignments in the training materials. There is no contract to sign, the amount of assignments you choose to process is entirely up to you. As with any job you must be willing to work hard and try to respond to the orders in a timely manner. We only ask of a minimum level of experience with having done some type of data entry processing, and having the ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM.

Compensation: You will be paid $15 - $20 for each assignment you complete.
For example; if you process 30 assignments in a week you could make up to $400.00 weekly. The amount of money that you earn is entirely up to you, it depends on the amount of time and effort you choose to put fourth as well as the assignment chosen, Meaning if you choose a more complex assignment such as any Accounts Payable or Insurance claims you will earn the higher amount of compensation offered. The average person makes between $200 - $400 per week. You will be responsible for keeping track of your earnings for tax time, as we do NOT take out any taxes or provide you with a 1099 form this is entirely your responsibility.

Training: The training materials you receive will give you step by step instructions on how to get started. When you receive your training materials you may begin working the very same day.

You will receive the training materials via your E-mail. This work from home opportunity is totally legitimate and how successful you are once again only depends on the time and effort you put fourth on your end.
In addition You will need a software program from Citrix that enables you to connect to our data entry center, This program will be sent to you with the training materials to download.

Method of Payment: You will receive your pay through Paypal. You are not going to be paid on a weekly basis, you will be paid for each assignment that you process.

There is a "One Time Non-Refundable Fee" of $13.95 to begin. This cost will cover the training materials that will be sent to you. Once you process your very first order you will have made back this fee "GUARANTEED"!

Please understand that as much as we would like not to charge this small processing fee, we must protect ourselves from those who are not serious about this work at home opportunity.

No business can afford to cover administrative costs, wasted time or provide costly materials to everyone who inquires about this position. This small fee assures us that you are serious about working from home.

When you are asked for the E-mail address of the company you are making the payment to? (The Data Entry Professionals).

Use: [email protected] and once we receive your payment, we will E-mail you all the training materials you will need to get started. Please keep this in mind that if you send a check thru Paypal you will have to wait 3-4 business days until your check has cleared thru the bank, and thereafter once processed we will send your materials out to you promptly. Although if you use a credit card or check card materials are sent right away. Our preferred method of payment required is either via checking account or check card/debit card. (To prevent extensive credit card fees involved for the small payment being sent to us.)

Once you have processed your first assignment you will have already made back the cost of the training materials. When you receive your training materials, you may begin working the very same day provided that you are fully capable and aware of the job and what it entails.

What is the name of our Company and who are we?

Our companies name is The Data Entry Professionals, our firm is an independent work from home recruiting agency based out of Maryland.

We recruit and hire independent contractors all over the country that have a need or desire to work from home to either work full time or use this type of work for part time as a supplemental income. We have many different clients looking for people to process various data entry documentation from home that have accuracy, speed and an eye to pay attention to detail.

Are there any requirements about where I do my work from?

You can perform your work from anywhere you have a connection to the internet. We have set up a data entry site on the internet that you will log onto. We recommend a DSL or cable modem connection. After entering your user ID and password, you will choose from a list of assignments. Each assignment has it's own data entry screen. The data you enter will be immediately stored on the web server. When you are done working, just log off.

How will your facility know how much work I have done?

When you log in to our data entry system, you will be required to enter a user name and password. Your user name will be recorded as part of the data for each assignment you process, thus giving us an accurate count of your work. This also gives us an audit trail for quality assurance and control.

Is there a quota I must satisfy?

In general, our contractors specify how much work they are able to do and we try to provide them with the amount that they request. However, the amount of work we receive from our clients varies from week to week, so there is no guarantee we can always provide the full amount requested. Most of our contractors perform work for us on a Full or Part time basis with an average commitment ranging from 20- 40 hours per week.

How Long is the training?

Most applicants typically complete the training within 24 hours or less. However you can do this at your leisure; take as long or as little time as you would need to familiarize yourself with our program.

I Don't live in the USA can I still do the work?

Yes! The only countries we do not offer our services to are: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Burma, Libya, Angola, North Korea, Yugoslavia, Balkans, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Sudan and Afghanistan.

How long will it take to complete an assignment that I have processed?

This will vary depending on the type of client you will work with and as stated before the type of assignment you will choose from (to be covered in the training materials). Also to process just one assignment usually takes about 15-30 minutes per order submitted. (Depending on your speed and accuracy).
Once you have accepted the assignments you want to process you will need to respond to processing them promptly, so before you except a task be sure you will follow through as there are deadlines to meet.

Why do I need DSL or a cable Modem connection?

All of our work involves typing from scanned images. The images require a fast connection in order to be displayed quickly. If you have a 56K modem, it may take too long for the images to be displayed and you will be wasting a lot of time. But if you only have a Dial-up connection and still want to give it a try please feel free to do so, we do not want to discourage your efforts.

Why is there a Fee?

We have to cover our expenses in recruiting individuals, processing their applications, and our software to download in order to train you. Compare us to other staffing firms they take a percentage of your pay for the duration of your employment with their clients. That's a lot of money! We require a low one time non-refundable fee of only $13.95 and there are no other fees incurred upon you.
