On 11/19 I replied to an ad that stated:

I then recieved an email that stated:
Thank for responding to the job posting. The position for data entry that you inquired about does require you to have a computer with email access, excellent typing skills, a valid email address used for work purposes only, an internet connection and basic internet knowledge. You can begin working FT or PT the choice is up to you.
You will only need minimal typing skills for this position. You will be processing invoices from your own computer via your email. This work from home opportunity will make you real money. You will not have to contact anyone; you will be contacted through your email.
Now you as with any job, you must be willing to work hard and respond to the invoices promptly. There is no contract to sign and no minimum or maximum number of required processing to fulfill.
Training
The Training Materials will give you step by step instructions on how to get started and when you receive your Training Materials you may begin working that very same day.
Compensation
You will be paid $30 for each order you process, for example: if you process 20 orders a week, you will make $600.00 weekly. The amount of money you can make is virtually endless; it only depends on the time and effort that you re willing to put forth.

I then paid the 24.95 USD on 11/19 to find that this was a scam and all he was doing was selling his scam to others, I recieved the following as the training material.

To get you started making money, we have some simple steps for you to follow. Your first steps are to place ads similar to the one you responded to.
First Step: How to place your ads
In order for anyone to respond to you about this opportunity, you must place an ad on the internet, again, similar to the one you responded to. Use mine only as a guide and reference. You will need to retype it and put it into your own words. You can place your ads on yahoo, flipdog, and usjobboard, just to name a few. There are literally hundreds of places to place your ads for free! Remember the more ads you place the more exposure you will have and the more orders you will have emailed to you. I cannot stress this enough: more ads placed=more money!
DO a search in any major search engine like google or yahoo.com for "free job postings" or "free job sites" and that should give you more than enough to get started. When you're on those sites always look at their "links" and this will give you opportunity for more sites. Each site will walk you through the process of placing your own ad. Some places will require you to register with them; you will need to do this to post your ads. The information that you provide them with will not be in your ad unless you want it to be.
You will definitely get responses, and you will definitely be processing orders right away! When I got started, I got responses four hours after I placed my first ad. Believe me, everyone's mailboxes are always full. You can even check into different websites that allow you to do it for free it would also be helpful for you to make your own website for people to see. Advertise your ad there and how to contact you.

It is clear that this is not a data enrty postion, processing invoices, and when I contacted the individual for a refund he stated:
I am sorry that you feel that this is a scam, for it is not. You are offering individuals with a way to make money and you do get paid for every order you process as mentioned in the job posting and the training material. The money back guarantee only applies if you following the instructions in the training and put forth the time and effort.
Once again, this is NOT a scam. You are "entering data" into the ads you place and into the letters you send. As loose as the definition may be, you ARE entering data. Now I am asking you once in writing to stop harassing me.
