I'm writing this complaint on behalf of my mothers policy. The policy was purchase from a agent who has been taken $158.00 over the past 5 months, when the policy is only $9.99 in MIA, FL. Now I hate to be the bearer of bad news but this is bad and ridiculous, to have a rep. Rob the elderly of their life earnings especially when it's a fix income on a monthly basis. I contacted the company only to not get any help as of yet, and it's been about 3wks today! I want my mothers money return in full asap, or I'm going to contact the credit bureau about this and get me an attorney to get more than which was taken... Asap!
