My mother-inlaw is elderly she was forced to go to a senior develp, limited income, she has a bill, i sent a letter to stop harrassment and calls to co. This ws a legal doc sent by legal aid. Called judgement proof letter. It req stop all com and sites her rights under the fed fair debt collect pract act 15usca sec 1692c. Under federal law 42 usc 401 her income is not attachable. And so on... She barely survives and i must take care of things for her. Medical, etc food. Etc.
Allied has puicked up this collection from some party and continused to harrass her with 6 or 7 phone calls a day all hours at night. She has called crying. They tell her they will keep calling until she pays them over 5000. Dollars. The call her ask if she is who she is and hang up. This co is put of hand and a rip off. She owes nothing that high.
