They spend more time and money finding ways to deny claims, most successful claims will take months to get reimbursed after numerous request for more statements or letters from my busy vet and don't you dare not to cross a "t" or dot an "i"! They also have vet techs making claim decisions that vets should be making because their vet techs are not qualified to be turning claims down! From the number of complaints, i see, this would make a good class action suit! I'll get this information to some of the class action lawyers i know
