A family member of mine had previously been contacted by Westhaven Management operating out of the Cayman Islands (supposedly). He invested some money and they said it went well but he never asked for funds to be returned to SA. They said they were keeping it in an offshore account. I joined him in the next investment which was an IPO offering on Four Shield shares. They were supposed to list on the NYSE. We paid our money into a Cyprus bank and never really heard from them again except to be given an excuse as to why we can't receive our share certificates eg. Busy over Easter nonsense. Since April not a word and authorities have been notified. Very clever scamsters with websites and documentation etc... They like to use the 15th of every month as a date in their dealings with a person. It was originally 15th Nov that the listing would take place then 15th December, then 15th Jan and so on...
