I have been battling Litton Loan Servicing since 2001 and still have open issues with them in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, Common Pleas Court. At first they tried one or two loan mods with highly unfavorable term throug 2002 and gave me trouble on various loss mitigation agreements attempts.
In Common Pleae Court in Cleveland (Cuyahoga County), they changed attorneys, the replacement attorney even failed to show at a scheduled hearing before the Judge (after the Magistrate process). After a long battle, I now have a loan mod now dating back to 3-1-04. Now, in Decebmer 2004 they paid property taxes without my approval or what I consider proper RESPA/HUD escrow compliance.
