Thomas Frazier, CPA, Mesa, AZ, aka, Frazier, Spoon and Company PLLC, Phoenix, AZ, (the published address and phone number for Frazier, Spoon and Company are identical to that of Arthur Spoon and Co.) — Thomas Frazier, CPA conspired to falsify tax filings on behalf of his client, Nick D'Arcangelo, Phoenix, AZ, in an effort to financially enrich D'Arcangelo and damage D'Arcangelo's former partner. Evidence reveals admissions on the part of certified public accountant Thomas K. Frazier to the above and that D'Arcangelo had knowledge and provided authorization to the falsified tax filings which generated inflated monetary enrichments for D'Arcangelo while substantially damaging D'Arcangelo's partner. Additionally, Frazier deliberately failed to declare cash earnings received by D'Arcangelo from football official Shannon Eastin for work performed by D'Arcangelo on behalf of her business enterprise when Frazier prepared and electronically filed D'Arcangelo's tax returns. Eastin deferred questions to Frazier regarding the failure to issue D'Arcangelo with the Form 1099 yet Frazier willfully failed to amend the falsified tax returns to include earnings paid to D'Arcangelo thereby furthering D'Arcangelo's financial enrichment. Evidence reveals Frazier as having an association with Eastin and her business enterprise however the scope of Frazier's enmeshment is unclear and subject to inspection. Charges pertaining to the actions and conduct as defined above are currently under investigation.
