This company has caused us great harm, sleepless nights, and seemingly is not accountable for their actions. Their failure to post a payment put us into foreclosure. They asked us to put a stop payment on a check that they lost and this subsequently caused cancellation of a payment plan, even though they asked us to do the stop payment. They said they sent a cashier's check back to us although we have not received it and had to find the cash to replace it and send another, even though we paid more than $6,000 in the first month of a repayment plan - three times our normal payment. Now we are sending cashier's checks federal express to get a signature but they still do not post them on time and this could cause further cancellations of payment plans. Who is this company accountable to and what can be done about these predatory practices?
