I cant beleive how many people are responding to this specific "ripoff" I have sued jefferson financial and the court date is 12/20/04, however they can not get served w / the paperwork because this location is a vacant apartment building so it has been pretty much pointless. But I am not giving up I did file a claim w / the better business bureau and I did file a complaint with feds... Www.ifccfbi. Gov I hope that so many people come forward and these a*holes are put to justice..
