My friend was contacted by them about a credit card to rebuild their credit and was told that they would get a Visa card if they paid a fee of $300.00. She asked if it was a regular credit card or a merchant card and was told it was a regular Visa card with a $2,500.00 limit.
She agreed and allowed 30 days for the card to arrive. When it did not arrive she called them and was then informed that it was indeed a merchant card and that she had to use their catalog to use it. She told them she wanted to cancel and was told that she had to wait for the packaage and return it with a letter as to why she wanted to cancel and if approved it could take several months befor she got her money back.
They used fraud and lies to get $300.00 from her and want to give her trouble getting a refund. That is only if they agree with her statment and approve a refund. This company needs to be put out of business so they can not continue doing this to people that can not afford to lose the money.
