Recieved a call offering a credit card Pointed me to BBB website and showed me they were a member (I later found out it was not their info he was pointing me to). They said I would recieve their information package by mail.
Gave me the impression that I would be able to view the information mailed prior to making any decision or agreement. Was to sign and send it back with a voided check and they would deduct the payment. A month later, they removed money from my checking account.
I called and they said that I agreed and the money was none refundable and that I would recieve the package and should write cancel and send it back if I did not want the account.
