On 10/20/04 my checking account was deducted $299.00 to pay for a "deposit to my new credt card account." I would receive this new VISA credit card within 3-4 weeks from the date the funds were withdrawn.
I spoke to Jim Adam #125 and Ryan Hess, who was the company's Recorder. Jim Adam knew quite a bit of information about my credit history, making the company sound honest and promising.
It is now 12/01/04. Two weeks ago someone actually answered the phone and apologized for my not having received my paperwork and card. Supposedly, since it is secure mail, the post office cannnot leave it unattended. Since no one was home to receive it, it was sent back. The post office did not leave a slip indicating they came and went with my "secure mail." But I was promised by Fundamental my "secure mail" would be sent again with instructions to leave it.
I still have not received anything. And now when I constantly call Fundmental between the hours of 9-5 EST (which is when they are open) I always get a busy signal. Always. When I call after their business hours, I get their message indicating I need to call back during regular business hours.
Frustrating and scary to know that our personal information is not at all personal.
