So I called in to see what the pay off on my truck was, over the course of 3 days, I have recieved 6 different answeres from 6 different people and one of those employees said that they would credit 50.00 towards my pay off (and it was verified by a co worker) that never happend... Manager pretty much gave me a email address to file my compaint to. Well we all know how those go... File 13.
