I am extremely satisfied with the timely response from Bank of America. About 24 hours ago, I put in a complaint pertaining to their assets department. Less than 12 hours after posting my complaint, I got a very informative response. There was a misinterpretation on the agents behalf, but Bank of America informed me that the property was not going up for auction and that our offer had been accepted.
Its customer service practices like these that make a business really stand out. These practices keep their business reputation growing in a sound manner. THANK YOU Bank of America. My husband and I are extremely satisfied.
