I have been a Bank of America customer since it was Summit. The biggest mistake, and the biggest downfall for the company was when it became Fleet, but again when it became BOA. Bank of America is the most fee-driven bank there is and the most greedy of all. It also demands that their employees present their products to minorities differently than to non-minorities. After being marriied to a BOA mortgage representative, I learned that minorities are not to be asked for proof of income in order to qualify for a mortgage. Your job would be on the line if the company found out that this happened.in addition, Mortgage representaives were to do anything possible to get the loan approved, which included forging of documents and bartering with title companies to make some magic happen. This is how BOA has operated for years and this is how they have contributed to the downfall of the market and bad loans. Yay America! This is who is representing our country!
