My wife and I filed chapter 13 April 26th Emc was included with payments being made by garnishments from payroll every two weeks. The plan was subsequently confirmed by order of the court on June 26th. The Trustee reports the plan completed October 20th. A motion for order declaring mortgage loan current had to be issued because posting payments always showed we were late in making such payments. Extra charges, late charges and interest arrearages are stopping other mortgage companies from lending me money to fix and repair our home.
EMC statements are not correct - I should have no interest arrearage of $3,218.65 after a chapter 13.
My payment has gone up without notice of any kind.
No viable explantion is ever forth coming from EMC.
Remember EMC took over my old mortgage company. I never choose EMC in the first place.
We have reported this to a law firm for future action againist EMC.
Just release us and let another mortgage company take care of us right.
