I would suggest that everyone deal with this company via email or fax only. Always create a paper trail when dealing with them. Send all payments by certified mail. I am currently fighting this company to keep my home. I am corresponding with them by email only, and let me tell you, they do not like it. Everyone who works for this company has an email address. It is the first initial of their first name and then their last name followed by @ocwen.com. (ex: an email address for Sally Black would be [email protected]) If you do not know who you should be dealing with send an email to [email protected] or [email protected] and they will provide you with at least the name of the person responsible for handling your account and from that name you can get the email address as I have explained above. If they do not respond to the first couple of emails keep sending them. They did not respond to me at first either but I did not give up and finally they responded and now I have proof of a valid email address so they have no choice but to respond. Treat them the way they treat you when then continouslly call after they are repeatedly asked not to. You can not trust this company. Make sure you have written proof of all "promises" they make.
