Telmark Comsumer Services ripoff

I too was duped by telmark consumer services, they took two payments from my account and sent me platnum plus card that is worthless to me. And I have promises of a visa or mastercard to follow. Row are these companies staying in business if so many people know about them? Can't the government step in and put them out of business?
