Is this some ENRON type scam? Perhaps a Federal Investigation is indicated here.
I don't know exactly how Ocwen Federal Bank got the note on my property.
I never applied for anything with them. I have attempted to deal with them in good faith; but they seem to change their policy, cash or return checks. It is very difficult to speak with any person because they have created a telephone maze.
Their people say one thing then do not keep their word. I have excellent records, and an excellent reputation in the state of Hawaii.
Are they Ocwen Financial Services, Ocwen Federal Bank or whatever? Who or What are they are doing?
I don't know who they really are. But my staff and I will be happy to testify they have lied to us. We are in good standing in Hawaii and have an established track record here. That is a fact. They are not in good standing here. Ibid:
When I checked the State of Hawaii records, they are not in good standing here. That is a fact.
