Hi, I finally recieved the card promised to me by this company. When I opened it up I noticed that $178.00 in service fees had already been charged to my account. I don't remeber them saying anything about additional service fees during the marketing call.in fact I remeber them saying that the $250 debited from my checking account 3 months ago was the only charge I would incurr.
I called them and spoke to an agent named Nicole, who I could barely understand, and she told me that everyone is subject to this extra charge. I asked for a copy of the transcript that they say they have on file but I was denied.
Does anyone else agree with me or did I just miss that part of the recording?
